In the heart of a dreamy forest, where the trees had pink leaves and the clouds drifted in the sky like cotton candy, a little deer named “Bahar” lived. Bahar had soft fur and shining eyes. She loved the scent of jasmine flowers and dancing under the gentle sunlight. Every morning, Bahar woke up to the sound of birds and happily ran through the purple meadows.
One morning, Bahar reached the edge of a magical river. The river’s water sparkled like diamonds, and when it flowed, it made the sound of tiny bells. Bahar stood and looked at her reflection in the water. She wanted to go to the other side of the river, because she had heard that star-flowers grew there that glowed at night.
On the other side of the river, a fluffy little rabbit named “Panbeh” was sitting. Panbeh had long ears and a small mint-green bow tie tied around his neck. When Panbeh saw Bahar, he waved excitedly. He, like Bahar, was lonely, and his heart wanted a close friend to play with.
Panbeh said in a gentle voice: “Hello, beautiful deer! I’m Panbeh. I really want to come over to you, but the river water is a little too deep for my little feet.” Panbeh became a bit sad and lowered his head. He couldn’t find a way to cross the river, and he was afraid of getting wet.
Bahar, who had a kind heart, said: “Don’t be upset, Panbeh! I have an idea. We can build a bridge with each other’s help; a bridge made of kindness.” Bahar looked around and saw very large, sturdy petals that had fallen from the magical trees. She began gathering them.
Bahar gently placed the first big petal on the edge of the water. She wanted to find a stone to hold the petals firmly in place. Carefully, Bahar walked along the riverbank and found the prettiest smooth stones, white like pearls, and placed them side by side.
When Panbeh saw that Bahar was trying so hard, he started helping too. Panbeh collected thin, soft branches that had fallen on the ground. He tied them together neatly to make a smooth path. Panbeh worked with all his little strength because he knew friendship was worth the effort.
Suddenly, when the last petal and the last branch were set in place, a gentle light rose from the bridge. Their bridge turned into a rainbow-colored bridge that smelled like flowers. This was the “Kindness Bridge”; a bridge built through cooperation and thinking of each other. Now the river was no longer an obstacle for them.
Bahar and Panbeh carefully stepped onto the bridge. When they met in the middle, they touched their little noses together and laughed. Bahar said: “Now we can always come to each other.” They realized that when two friends help one another, hard things become so easy and sweet.
That day until sunset, Bahar and Panbeh played in the fields full of star-flowers. They chased paper butterflies and rested under the shade of fluffy trees. When the moon rose, the Kindness Bridge glowed under its light and reminded everyone that with a little kindness, any distance can be brought to an end.
